My approach is eclectic by design. I blend the power of Vinyasa Flow, Dynamic Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga with CrossFit-inspired functional fitness, creating sessions that are genuine workouts — not just stretching. Every class is adaptable, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete.
